Please be advised that planned maintenance will be undertaken to upgrade the Ethernet CPE (Customer Premise Equipment) Router Firmware.
The purpose of these planned works is to upgrade the Ethernet CPE Router to the latest firmware release. This is to keep routers on supported and approved firmware versions.
Customer Impact: There will be an unavoidable service interruption of up to fifteen minutes as the router updates and reboots. Ethernet services will be affected including any associated converged SIP or Horizon voice services.
