The purpose of these planned works is to update the Horizon VVX250 and VVX450 handset firmware.
The new firmware will be made available but not pushed to the devices on the above nights.
The firmware will be pushed to any new provisions of VVX4250 and VVX450 after these dates. In addition to this should you make a configuration change to your existing VVX250 or VVX450 i.e. enabling busy lamp fields, this will trigger a firmware upgrade.
Customer Impact: No impact to service is expected while the new firmware is made available. Services are deemed at risk though during this work as it is taking place on live services.
