The purpose of these planned works is to upgrade the software on Horizon App servers as per vendor recommendations.
Services Under Maintenance: Horizon Services Only
Customer Impact: No impact to service is expected. Horizon services are deemed at risk due to the work taking place on live equipment. During this time Horizon services will be monitored. This work will require a provisioning freeze on Horizon Services. To facilitate this there will be no access to the Horizon Portal www.unlimitedhorizon.co.uk at this time.
