Please be advised that maintenance on the Horizon platform will occur:

11th October 23:00 - 02:00 12th October.

The purpose of this maintenance work is to obtain the required debug logs for the vendor to investigate a fault. For clarity the fault is not impacting customers service.

Services Affected: Horizon Platform Only

Customer Impact: No impact to Horizon services is expected. In the past when activating the debug logs we have seen an increase in load on these devices which can lead to users dropping off and reconnecting to a secondary device. The vendors advise that due to software upgrades this shouldn’t be the case now, but we deem the platform at risk during this period of time.
